Realization of functional mechanical prototypes by casting metal, aluminum, cast iron, steel, starting from the 3D model.
The elements obtained have the same characteristics as the standard castings.
The metal prototyping cycle:
- 3D model analysis: feasibility study, drafts, casting and simulation systems.
- Prepress modeling with parametric 3D CAD.
- Printing of the pre-models and any cores with high-speed 3D printing machine, obtaining complex shapes, even in undercuts, in croning sand that can be used in the foundry.
- Coast, deburring and sandblasting.
Prototypes are made in stereolithography, nylon, loaded nylon, rubber and carbon.
Furthermore, sintering prototypes are made of steel, aluminum and titanium.
